Introduction: Has ‘She-Hulk’ just introduced a longtime Blade villain, or are we in for another trick?
In the first episode of “She-Hulk,” Jennifer Walters, aka She-Hulk (Tatiana Maslany) took on a new client named Titania (Sidelle Noel). Titania is a character from Marvel Comics who has been around for decades but only recently became more popular thanks to her involvement in the Fearless Defenders and Avengers comics.
In “She-Hulk” No. 1, a genuine demon named Daimon Hellstrom made a surprise appearance in what was supposed to be the wedding of Jennifer Walters, aka She-Hulk, and her boyfriend Augustus “Pug” Pugliese. As revealed in a subsequent conversation between Hellstrom and his sister Satana (who has also been seen in the new series), their father Morduch Kurios is now trying to take control of an impenetrable prison known as the Dystopia Corps, where he plans to unleash all manner of monsters and demons.

In other words: this is all just another one of those cleverly disguised bits of fanfiction that Marvel has been churning out for years now—a story inside an already established story! It’s not even particularly surprising anymore; it seems like they’ve been doing this since they started publishing comics again after decades without them being published at all (which makes sense; how many companies would want their characters dead?). Still…it’s pretty fun if you’re into seeing characters interact with each other outside their usual context or genre sets.
Though Marduk Kurios has never appeared in the comics before, it’s possible that he could be a long-lost relative of another popular Marvel character — Blade.

Blade was created by Marv Wolfman and Gene Colan in 1973 as part of Marvel’s “New Mutants” comic book series. He was a superhero who wielded both blades and swords, but also had the ability to transform into various forms based on his moods (and later on, emotions).
In 1998’s X-Men #200, writer Fabian Nicieza introduced an original character named Ezekiel “Eze” Chabot as part of his run on that title: an orphaned African American boy who grew up in New Orleans’ Ninth Ward filled with crime and violence after Hurricane Katrina devastated his neighborhood there; he later met up with Wolverine while living under aliases for years until finally revealing himself publicly as Eze Chabot at an Avengers reunion party held by Captain America (the first time anyone outside those four characters knew about it).
The real surprise is that the first issue of “She-Hulk” — which has nothing to do with vampires — ends with Jen discovering that her wedding planner is actually Victoria Montesi, a woman who has been manipulating events going back to “Blade” No. 1. In fact, she was the one who first alerted Blade to the existence of vampires in the first place. It’s also implied that she accidentally set him on his path as a vampire hunter.

It’s all rather meta for Marvel comics: A character from another series appears within an ongoing title in order to manipulate characters from that same series into changing course and becoming something else entirely, only for another character in yet another series (Jen) to figure out what happened and expose them at last!
There are still plenty more mysteries to be uncovered in Mariko Tamaki’s “She-Hulk” series.
There are still plenty more mysteries to be uncovered in Mariko Tamaki’s “She-Hulk” series. The next issue introduces a new character who appears to be an alternate universe version of Jennifer Walters, but who also seems to be one of the most powerful beings in Marvel Comics right now. What will happen when she comes face-to-face with her doppelganger? We’ll have to wait and see! One of the most interesting developments in Mariko Tamaki’s “She-Hulk” series is how it seems to be setting up a confrontation between Jennifer Walters and her cousin, Bruce Banner. In issue #1, we saw that Bruce was working on some sort of machine that could help Jen control her transformations into She-Hulk. In issue #2, we learned that this machine actually works quite well! It even lets Jen transform back into human form without any physical damage whatsoever. But Bruce’s machine is missing a key component: the Hulk’s blood. Without it, the device can’t turn Jen back into She-Hulk. And since Bruce has been keeping this information from her all along, Jen’s not too happy about it!
So far, Mariko Tamaki has done an excellent job of exploring Jennifer Walters’ dual identity as both She-Hulk and lawyer in this new series. She has also created some interesting new supporting characters like Matt Murdock (Daredevil), Misty Knight (Luke Cage) and Kate Bishop (Hawkeye). So if you’re looking for a fresh take on Marvel Comics’ most iconic female hero that doesn’t involve a crossover with another publisher’s titles or time travel, then “

The episode opens with the titular heroine in her civilian identity as a waitress at a diner with best friend Liz (Tracey Walter). After overhearing two customers talking about taking their money to an armored car driver who doesn’t show up for work, Jennifer decides to find out what’s going on. She goes into the backroom where she finds an armored truck driver named Kyle who has been beaten up by someone from inside his vehicle. When he refuses to tell her anything about what happened, she threatens him until he reveals that his boss stole $5 million worth of diamonds from him earlier today before leaving town with them—and now they’ve gone missing again!
In the episode, She-Hulk takes on the case of Titania (Sydelle Noel), who is suing her former employer, Damage Control.

The show may be showing us that an important character in Blade’s world will return to play a role in her own series. It could also be a tease of something bigger coming later down the line when they release an extended trailer or featurette for Blades’ Defenders vs. Agents of Hydra movie—which would make sense given how much trouble Marvel has faced with this project over the past few months and years.
Titania was a minor villain in Marvel Comics when she was first introduced. She has super strength thanks to an experiment performed by the Rattler and is able to lift 30 tons.

In the new film, Titania (played by Florence Pugh) is a minor villain who has super strength thanks to an experiment performed by the Rattler (played by Jack Kesy). She’s also able to lift 30 tons thanks to her connections with Asgardian gods and goddesses.
She has gotten more popular in recent years as a result of her involvement in the Fearless Defenders and her role as a member of the Avengers.

In an interview with ComicBook.com, Hurd said: “I’m so excited to be able to tell stories that are very much rooted in Marvel’s cosmic universe, but at the same time they’re not tied down by those rules.” The character will be introduced in #1 on December 21 along with other new characters such as Nova, Sam Alexander (Nova), Ms Marvel (Khan) and Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers).
Titania has also been a recurring character in the Spider-Man animated series, voiced by Cree Summer. She’s known for going up against Luke Cage and Jessica Jones when they were just starting out as Heroes for Hire, and later joins forces with Daken, son of Wolverine, to take down Frank Castle/The Punisher.

Titania is an Asgardian warrior woman who was once Thor’s lover but became jealous of his love for Jane Foster (aka Moondragon). She exiled herself after this incident because she thought it would be better if he chose someone else over her anyway so what happens when Valkyrie comes back into their lives?
The version seen here seems to have more in common with Titania than Vamprea, but there are some things that don’t quite add up unless they are going to go full vampire here.
The version seen here seems to have more in common with Titania than Vamprea, but there are some things that don’t quite add up unless they are going to go full vampire here. For example:
- In the comics, Silk is not a shapeshifter so she can’t change into a bat or a spider.
- It would take more than one form for her to do this (like while trapped in the coffin).
- She doesn’t seem like someone who would want to be stuck in such an awkward arrangement forever.
Titania is not Vampra but will probably play that role next week.
It’s not Vampra, but it might be. Titania is not a villain and will probably play that role next week, according to Jennifer Walters’ co-star Rosario Dawson.
“Titania was a female character from Blade’s comic book series called ‘Blade: The Vampire Hunter,’ ” Dawson told Comic Book Resources . “We didn’t know who it would be until they announced it.”
Conclusion
All in all, this was an exciting debut issue of She-Hulk. We know that there are still a lot more mysteries to be uncovered, but we got a glimpse at some really cool characters who could be part of the ongoing story. The reception has been positive so far and I can’t wait for more episodes!
